Job summary

HBSE is seeking a Sr. Manager/Manager, Business Development to partner with the Blue Coats leadership team and maximize efficiencies across all areas of the team's operations.

The role focuses on selling and maintaining book of business with sponsorships, premium hospitality and other ticket-related products, while developing creative promotions and fan engagement to attract new partners and grow revenue. You'll oversee client programs, activate benefits and collaborate with marketing on

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn about NBA G League opportunities for professional growth.
• Previous leadership experience on the team or league side of sports business.
• Strong knowledge and passion for revenue-generating, marketing or sponsorships in sports business.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Possesses a database of qualified corporate prospects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain book of business with focus on sponsorships, premium hospitality and ticket-related products.
• Develop creative promotions, assets, platforms and programs to attract new partners and engage fans.
• Help create and lead client-related initiatives, including benefit programs and hospitality events.
• Ensure client benefits are activated and tracked with reporting and recap processes.
• Oversee strategy for ancillary revenue opportunities including youth programs and merchandise.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on timelines and initiatives.
