The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced sports environment, with evening and weekend commitments as needed.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in marketing, campaign coordination, website management, or digital operations.
• Experience in sports or entertainment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure with clear communication.
• Strong computer skills including CMS, MS Office, and social-media tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with executing marketing programs and sponsorships across activations.
• Support social, creative, digital, and fulfillment efforts for the Delaware Blue Coats.
• Help manage website content and timely publishing of news and promos.
• Develop and execute campaigns to promote camps and clinics.
• Coordinate creative workflows, assets, and approvals across teams.
• Oversee fulfillment, inventory, and sponsor perks logistics.
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects.
