Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a senior financial professional to oversee fiscal compliance and administration for Sponsored projects (grants and contracts). The role leads policy implementation to ensure accountability over sponsored funds and prepares for the Uniform Guidance Single Audit and site visits.

The position also ensures proper ERP setup for revenue recognition, billing, and receivables, while supporting analytics and reporting across the accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Eight years of progressive sponsored projects admin or audit planning.
• Two+ years in a lead/management role in finance or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing models and time studies to ensure efficiency.
• Lead a team of Senior Financial Analysts for SPA.
• Develop department procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with OMB Uniform Guidance and Florida Single Audit Act.
• Collaborate with Systems support to improve data analysis.
• Oversee revenue recognition, billing and collections with sponsors.
