Qualifications

Minimum requirement: graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
PharmD degree preferred.
Licensure as per state requirements (TN) will be needed.
Experience leading pharmacy teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of professional and technical staff within the pharmacy services area.
Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current knowledge of therapies.
Oversee inventory management for pharmaceutical supplies and devices.
Ensure timely, accurate documentation of electronic records and reports.
Represent the Specialty Pharmacy compliance program and chair the Quality Management Committee.
Guide SOP and policy development for the pharmacy area and ensure compliance.
