Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmacy Education.
• PharmD preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Tennessee (PHARM-TN).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of professional and technical staff in pharmacy services.
• Deliver clinical and professional services, lead quality improvement efforts, stay updated on new therapeutics and delivery technology.
• Drive and monitor inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies and devices.
• Oversee documentation of electronic records and reports.
• Serve as Specialty Pharmacy Compliance Officer and oversee the Specialty Pharmacy compliance program.
• Lead the Specialty Pharmacy Quality Management Program and chair the Quality Management Committee.
• Monitor regulatory compliance for secure storage of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate services.
• Contribute to programmatic and fiscal planning.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead SOPs and policies for pharmacy area and monitor compliance.
• Mentor staff and ensure resources are available.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and other people processes.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet job expectations per St. Jude policies.
