Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our management-led SOX 360 Program Office, focusing on reducing the long-term testing burden and building a best-in-class CCM program. You will balance managing outsourced testing with developing automated, analytics-driven monitoring solutions to increase testing precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or risk & controls.
• Experience interfacing with external audit/testing firms (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Strong data analytics and ability to leverage IT/data teams for CCM.

Responsibilities

• Build and own CCM roadmap to reduce manual testing and enable continuous monitoring.
• Oversee outsourced management testing and drive vendor optimization and budget oversight.
• Partner with process owners, engineering, and tooling leads to implement automated testing and dashboards.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure CCM outputs meet audit reliance standards.
• Communicate ROI, metrics, and progress of CCM initiatives to leadership.
