Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead the management-led SOX 360 Program Office. The role focuses on reducing the testing burden by building a best-in-class CCM program and overseeing outsourced testing with a strong emphasis on automation and data analytics.

You will partner with control owners, engineering, and tooling teams, managing budgets, SOWs, and audits to ensure timely, accurate monitoring and reliable reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in SOX compliance or internal audit.
• Experience managing external audit/testing firms (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Strong data analytics/visualization skills; evaluating automation-ready controls.
• Ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and external partners under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) strategy and multi-year roadmap to reduce manual testing.
• Design and implement CCM solutions with process owners, engineering, and tooling leads.
• Drive full-population assurance and data analytics for early issue detection and control precision.
• Manage outsourced testing provider and ensure testing is on time and high quality.
• Engage with external auditors and negotiate testing approaches, scope, and timelines.
• Monitor vendor SOWs and budgets to drive cost efficiencies.
