Salesforce seeks a Senior Manager to lead the management-led SOX 360 Program Office, reducing long-term testing burden while ensuring efficient, timely testing. You will oversee outsourced testing and build a best-in-class CCM program, balancing automation with strategic oversight.

The role requires 8+ years in SOX/compliance, deep knowledge of PCAOB and COSO, and proven ability to partner with control owners, AI/tooling teams, and external auditors to optimize program spend.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive experience in SOX compliance, internal audit, or risk & controls, including direct experience with external audit/testing firms.
• Proven track record of building or implementing Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM).
• Hands-on comfort with data analytics/visualization tools to evaluate automation readiness.
• Ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and external partners under deadline pressure; familiarity with SOWs and SLAs.
• Deep understanding of PCAOB standards and the COSO framework and how IPE is evaluated by external auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Build & Own the CCM roadmap with a multi-year plan to reduce manual testing effort.
• Design & Implement CCM solutions with process owners, engineering, and tooling leads.
• Drive full-population assurance through data analytics and ongoing monitoring.
• Build business cases and track metrics for continuous monitoring investments.
• Coordinate external audit alignment for CCM outputs, scripts, and data accuracy.
