Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCM program design, roadmaps, and continuous monitoring.
• Manage outsourced testing and vendor relationships, budgets, SOWs.
• Align with external audit for reliance on automated controls.
• Partner with process owners and tech teams to automate controls.
• Communicate ROI and program health to leadership; drive efficiency.
