SPS Commerce, Inc. in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Senior Manager, Risk & Controls to own the SOX program and drive its maturation across the organization.

You'll lead a talented Risk & Controls team, partner with executives and external auditors, and implement controls optimized for regulatory compliance, risk management, and business value.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of ITGCs, process changes, and M&A integration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of SOX compliance, internal audit, or risk and controls experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the leadership and continuous improvement of the SOX program, meeting regulatory expectations.
• Serve as SOX regulatory expert with SEC, PCAOB, COSO knowledge and translate into updates.
• Review and approve key deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with standards.
• Oversee external auditor engagement and risk-based program activities.
• Lead ITGC oversight and support for M&A integration and special projects.
• Coach a high-performing Risk & Controls team and foster stakeholder partnerships.
