Ladders seeks a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering for the Top 1200 West, to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic customer engagements in Aerospace & Defense. This remote US-based role focuses on technical wins, quality execution, and translating field needs into actionable product insight.

You will partner with sales and technical stakeholders to scale best practices, manage capacity, and support complex deployments in public safety tech. Excellent leadership required.

• 5+ years in customer-facing technology roles.
• 1+ years leading a technical team.
• Strong drone tech knowledge and public safety sUAS operations.
• Experience with CAD and VMS in public safety.
• Proven talent in hiring and developing technical staff.
• Ability to operate within a Sales organization and influence deals.
• Excellent cross-audience communication.

• Systematize successful practices from major accounts for repeatable use across the segment

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering Top 1200 West to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This leader will oversee a high-performing Solutions Engineering function supporting strategic customer engagements across a critical market segment. The role is focused on driving technical wins, improving execution quality, and ensuring customer needs are translated into actionable insights for internal partners. You will partner closely with sales and technical stakeholders to scale best practices, strengthen field effectiveness, and support complex deployments in the public safety technology landscape. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $172,000 – $215,000 annually.
