Infoblox is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Architects to lead the Great Lakes Solutions Architect team, reporting to the Director, Solutions Architect - East. You will manage a high-performance team delivering pre-sales support, and shaping architecture for DNS, DHCP, security, and network automation solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pre-sales architecture for IT datacenter networking, plus strong security expertise across on-prem, cloud, and edge.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years managing Pre-Sales Solutions Architects for Enterprise customers.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture within IT datacenter networking.
• Subject matter expert in security for on-prem, cloud, and edge.
• Formal sales methodologies: MEDDIC, Challenger, WS.
• Ability to articulate Infoblox portfolio benefits to stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration across internal/external stakeholders.
• Fundamental networking understanding: TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, security.
• Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CISM, CNE, ITIL, CSP, CCP.
• Experience leading teams designing security architectures for cloud/hybrid.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of pre-sales solutions architects and provide technical pre-sales support.
• Lead design and integration architecture for DNS, DHCP, security, and network automation.
• Develop curriculum for systems engineers to grow and develop.
• Coordinate training initiatives with sales to boost effectiveness.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
• Ensure competency and skills of the team through regular reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, PM, product, and operations to craft customer solutions.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent for a high-performing team.
• Mentor and develop the team; manage performance and training.
• Provide technical resources to optimize sales and enable successful solutions.
