Job summary

Altria is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect - Digital Experience & Commerce to lead architecture across marketing, content, commerce, sales, and service platforms. You will translate business strategy into decision-ready designs within a federated Enterprise Architecture model, collaborating with product owners and delivery teams.

You will shape end-to-end digital experiences, drive omnichannel architecture, and evaluate vendor solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years as solution/technical architect.
• Hands-on architecture with Adobe Workfront, AEM, and Adobe Commerce.
• Experience crafting high-level designs, cross-platform integration patterns, and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect consumer experiences and end-to-end journeys across digital commerce platforms.
• Shape digital experience, content, and commerce architecture for customer-facing platforms.
• Lead omnichannel architecture across Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and other sales channels.
• Coordinate integrations between CRM, data, and platform specialists.
• Own high-level builds and integration frameworks through architecture lifecycle stages.
• Advise on vendor evaluations, product selections, and proofs of concept.
