Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 12+ years in software development, system integration, or test.
• 3+ years of management experience leading technical teams.
• 5 years of Agile/DevSecOps and CI/CD experience.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-discipline engineering team across software development, integration, verification, validation, and test.
• Provide technical and organizational leadership for full lifecycle activities.
• Oversee integration and test planning, test strategy, procedures, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reliable, testable solutions.
• Communicate status and milestones to leadership.
