Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior engineering leader to oversee a portfolio of cloud-based, AI-enabled projects in the United States. You will manage a team of developers across distributed microservices and full-stack systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust performance.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in software engineering, 4+ years of people management, and strong cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). A Master’s degree is a plus, with familiarity in Agile practices and open source frameworks.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Preferred: 9+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
• Preferred: 7+ years of people management experience
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
• Preferred: Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion
