Under the Director of Social Work Services, the Manager will plan, organize, staff, and direct operations, oversee the department budget, ensure regulatory compliance and high patient satisfaction, and

Qualifications

• MSW graduate from accredited school required.
• California LCSW licensure required.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CDPH) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hires, develops, and maintains performance and competence of clinical personnel.
• Provides quality services through effective management, planning and education.
• Participates in development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures for the department.
• Collaborates with Director to manage operational and capital budget for the unit.
• Ensures cost-effective daily operations and resource allocation.
• Maintains staffing plans and achieves productivity goals.
• Supports performance improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Works with nursing and medical staff leadership to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Responds to and resolves patient care issues and inquiries.
