Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing & Community to lead key creator strategies across launches and ongoing programs. You will shape organic influencer activity, gifting, affiliate partnerships and community initiatives, while aligning with regional teams and agency partners.

The role requires deep influencer marketing experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to translate brand priorities into actionable creator programs at global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 5–7 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR or brand marketing; beauty or lifestyle experience preferred.
• Experience developing and leading influencer strategies across major launches and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, creator behavior and emerging talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer and creator strategy across product launches and campaigns.
• Translate brand and business priorities into creator strategies for organic, gifting and partnerships.
• Manage influencer programs from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Build relationships with priority creators, managers and talent partners.
• Develop creator and community strategies across events, testing and early access.
• Collaborate with Brand, Social, Growth, E‑commerce, Communications, Creative and Ops teams.
