Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing social media and digital content for a professional team or brand.
• Strong knowledge of volleyball and women’s sports landscape.
• Proven ability to develop and execute social media and content strategies.
• Experience capturing and editing photo/video content.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and ideation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content and social media strategy aligned with brand, partnerships, and initiatives.
• Build and evolve LOVB Salt Lake’s digital identity across platforms.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and fan conversion through storytelling.
• Lead content ideation, planning, production, and publishing across major platforms.
• Direct creative campaigns and production with designers, photographers, and videographers.
• Lead live event coverage and real-time storytelling for home/away games and events.
• Track performance and provide actionable insights for leadership.
