Credit Karma is seeking a Manager 3, Social & Influencer Marketing to own and elevate the company’s social presence across organic, paid social, and influencer programs. You will manage a three-person team and partner with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Paid Media, PMM, and PR to ensure social is integrated into culture.

The role requires 10+ years in social marketing with leadership experience, and fluency across major platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.

Formación

• 10+ years in social media marketing with at least 3 years in people management.
• Proven track record building and scaling social programs for a large consumer brand.
• Deep understanding of how organic social, paid social, influencer, and offline/experiential programs interconnect.
• Strong platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Proven experience building or scaling an influencer program, including creator strategy, tiering, contracting, and measurement.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end social strategy across organic, paid, and influencer programs.
• Define channel architecture across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
• Partner with Sponsorships to extend offline moments into social content.
• Build community management frameworks and real-time trend monitoring.
• Lead influencer program strategy, sourcing, contracting, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Paid Media to align organic and paid social efforts.
• Define measurement framework linking social activity to brand and business outcomes.
• Lead team of three direct reports and contingent workers.
