Senior Manager, SMB Sales (Mobile) - Fully Remote

Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive the development and implementation of strategies tailored for small and medium businesses (SMBs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities for SMB accounts by researching and analyzing market trends and identifying potential ISV and SaaS partners.
  • Proactively reaching out to potential partners through various communication channels.
  • Communicating product value propositions effectively and handling objections professionally.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to develop account plans and meet sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and attending industry events for networking and market insights.

Additional duties involve creating SMB playbooks, enhancing product portfolios in collaboration with marketing, and developing marketing collateral. The role also includes utilizing analytics tools like Tableau to measure campaign performance and support strategic planning.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and business development, especially with SMB and e-commerce companies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and creating B2B affiliate programs is a plus.
Additional Information

This is a fully remote position, with salary ranges depending on the region, e.g., Colorado ($170,000-$190,000), NYC ($195,000-$215,000).
