Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager, HCP Launch Marketing for the U.S. launch of dazodalibep in Sjögren’s disease.

You will shape brand strategy, lead unbranded and branded campaigns, and drive field resources and digital experiences to engage HCPs. You will partner with Global Marketing, Medical Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, and Analytics to translate insights into actionable launch plans, with strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and timely execution in a

Qualifications

Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, Associate, or High school diploma with 10–12 years in marketing/business in a related field.
Experience in regulated pharma/biotech marketing is preferred.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
Experience with launch campaigns and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. pre-launch and launch initiatives across channels (personal, non-personal, digital).
Translate insights into HCP marketing programs, resources, and activities.
Collaborate with Global Marketing, Medical Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales and Analytics.
Develop unbranded disease education and market-shaping initiatives.
Localize brand positioning, campaign messaging, and customer strategy.
