Job summary

Mobile Loaves & Fishes seeks a Senior Manager of Site Operations to oversee Community First Village’s homes, buildings, and grounds. You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, and implement safety and asset management programs to ensure a safe, functional environment for neighbors and staff.

The role requires 5-7 years of facilities leadership, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to coordinate with site development and construction. Hours are 8am-5pm with some nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience overseeing large facilities and/or complex properties.
• Strong managerial experience with breadth of teams and programs.
• Proven coaching and leadership skills for developing leaders.
• Experience managing operational budgets and cost forecasting.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety, and code compliance (OSHA/ADA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewardship of built and natural environment at Community First Village.
• Manage Home Maintenance, Building Maintenance, Janitorial, and Property Beautification teams.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets for the teams.
• Lead development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Drive proactive maintenance and high resident and staff satisfaction.
