Job summary

NVIDIA’s Silicon Co-Design Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Test, Manufacturability, Reliability & Quality (TMRQ) organization. You will own SLT/BLT, control run flow, HTOL, and field diagnostic test development across GPU, SoC, and CPU silicon programs.

You will guide a team of ICs and managers, drive root-cause across design and manufacturing, and apply AI judiciously to improve workflows while reducing risk. Salary is based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years in production test, system validation, post-silicon integration, or reliability engineering in a high-volume silicon environment, including 5+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Drive SLT, BLT, Board/Chip/Rack CR, and HTOL across GPU/SoC/CPU silicon programs.
• Resolve Vmin/binning escapes and power anomalies through root-cause analysis across design, methodology, DFT, ATE, packaging, firmware, and manufacturing.
• Convert integration signals into decision-ready options for POR, QS/PS gates, and ramp-impacting risks.
• Establish and refine closed-loop methods to improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and test-time reduction.
• Own manufacturing issues at platform and board levels; drive field-escapes reduction with screening and process changes.
• Hire, mentor, and retain senior ICs and first-line managers across geographies.
