We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager for Talent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic communication plans that resonate with top talent, both current and potential, with a view to attracting, engaging, and retaining them. Your work will involve developing compelling messages and curating strategic content that aligns with our brand’s tone of voice and talent objectives . The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with a deep passion for talent development and a strong ability to craft messages that engage and inspire. Excellent skills in strategic planning, content creation, and creative thinking are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication and content strategies:
Design and execute communication strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Create targeted messaging that resonates with potential candidates, new hires, and existing employees while maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice.
Adapt and refine messaging for various communication channels, ensuring consistency and relevance to different talent segments.
Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of communication strategies through ongoing assessment and optimization.
Develop and articulate a compelling employee value proposition (EVP) that reflects the organization’s values, culture, and unique offerings.
Regularly review and adjust branding strategies to ensure they resonate with diverse talent audiences across different markets.
Employee engagement strategies:
Manage and enhance employee communication channels, including town halls, the intranet, newsletters, and leadership messages.
Develop and implement communication strategies that drive engagement and align with company culture and priorities.
Partner with HR, leadership, and other teams to craft clear, compelling messages for employees.
Content creation and development for employer branding:
Create engaging copy for various marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and event communications, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone of voice.
Develop strategic content such as blogs, playbooks, and reports that support talent communications and broader business objectives .
Document and share best practices for talent communications, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
Analyze the performance of communication campaigns, using A/B testing and other metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration and review:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesion in talent communications across the organization.
Provide editorial review and guidance on internal and external-facing communications, ensuring they meet brand standards and strategic objectives .
Work closely with creative teams to produce compelling content that attracts and retains top talent, ensuring it aligns with the company’s EVP.
Process improvement and workflow management:
Develop and implement streamlined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage workflow for internal communications and talent marketing teams.
Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination across teams to deliver high-quality, timely content that meets business needs.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
experience in communications, content strategy, or a related field, with significant exposure to internal or external communications.
Experience in sectors such as technology, professional services, or large multinational organizations, particularly those with a focus on talent marketing or employer branding.
Proficiency with content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or communications can be an asset.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies to meet local and international talent needs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct inconsistencies or deviations from brand guidelines.
Proven experience in providing editorial review and guidance for external-facing assets.
Familiarity with global brand management and ensuring consistency in brand perception across different markets.
Understanding of talent market dynamics and cultural sensitivities .
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and senior management, both locally and globally.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $9 0,000 to $ 125,000 . The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
