Job summary

Walmart is seeking a seasoned Solutions Program Lead on the SFS Solutions Team in San Bruno, CA to drive complex growth initiatives with sellers on Walmart’s platform. You will blend program leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes in fulfillment, visibility, and seller growth.

Responsibilities include leading programs, building stakeholder relationships, and reporting progress to senior leadership, while ensuring alignment with Walmart’s mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in those areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee complex growth activities and assignments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align on business goals and customer needs.
• Drive accountability and measure progress toward program outcomes.
• Communicate updates and performance to senior leadership through regular reporting.
