Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Segment Finance to drive strategic financial planning across multiple client accounts, lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and partner with operations to deliver value.

You will coach a high-performing team, present to senior leaders, and influence decisions while maintaining high standards of controls and compliance.

Join Sodexo Corporate Services as a Senior Manager, Segment Finance and partner with 2-3 high-profile accounts. Lead financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business insights that drive client success and operational excellence.

Be a trusted advisor to clients and senior leaders, presenting financial results and recommendations with confidence. Collaborate closely with Operations teams to influence decisions, optimize performance, and deliver results.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $86275 - $133870

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring

Strong finance leadership experience with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. Comfortable presenting to clients and C-suite executives, building relationships, and translating data into strategic action.

• Leadership experience with a record of mentoring teams, driving results, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Advanced financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Strategic thinking with demonstrated success in cost control, pricing strategy, and contract compliance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels

• Related Experience: 3 years
