Job summary

Sodexo’s Campus Segment seeks a Finance Segment Director 2 to develop, drive and execute its business strategy by providing financial support, influence, and leadership in control, planning, financial analysis, and accounting. This role covers University accounts in the Mid-Atlantic states with up to $250 Million managed volume and up to 10% travel.

Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a Finance Segment Director 2 to develop, drive and execute its business strategy by providing financial support, influence, and leadership in the areas of control, planning, financial analysis, and accounting.

This position will cover the University accounts in the Mid-Atlantic regional states, with up to $250 Million Managed Volume oversight. Ideally this candidate will reside in this region and will require up to 10% travel.

In this influential leadership role, you’ll oversee financial operations, coach high-performing teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to segment leaders, shaping both policy and performance.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $134640 - $209110

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
