Join Macquarie's Risk Management Group as an experienced Senior Regulatory Lawyer or Compliance Professional to support the Chief Compliance Officer of our Swap Dealer and Security-Based Swap Dealer. You will contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of the firm’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to CFTC, SEC, and NFA regulations, including Dodd-Frank Title VII requirements. Leverage your expertise in derivatives regulation and experience in managing compliance programs to interface effectively with regulators and internal stakeholders. You will provide expert guidance on CFTC, SEC, and NFA regulations impacting swap and security-based swap dealer activities. Support the Chief Compliance Officer in regulatory obligations, oversee policies, procedures, reporting, monitor regulatory developments, and enhance the compliance program. Maintain and update the swap dealer and SBSD compliance program, conduct risk assessments, support regulatory filings, and assist in regulatory interactions, audits, and examinations. Prepare responses to inquiries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
The compensation range for this opportunity is a base salary of $173,000 - $205,000/year. Actual salary may vary based on experience, performance, location, and other factors. A discretionary incentive bonus may also be offered.
