Responsibilities

• Own external financial reporting (SEC) and quarterly/annual filings.
• Lead technical accounting issues (revenue, inventory, leases, impairments).
• Oversee SOX 404 internal controls and remediation efforts.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and prepare audit committee materials.
