P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Senior Manager of SEC Reporting to lead external financial reporting, including quarterly and annual statements, SEC filings, disclosures, and controls.

You’ll partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and external auditors to strengthen public-company reporting capabilities. You will own the external reporting calendar, drive continuous improvement, and coach a high‑performing team while supporting IPO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 5–7+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience with SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.
• Manage 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings and related schedules.
• Own external reporting calendar and Workiva workflows.
• Coordinate with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Maintain SOX controls over financial reporting.
• Develop and coach team members for high-quality reporting.
