Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in SEC reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
• Public company experience handling large SEC filings and working with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) per US GAAP.
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, and investor relations to ensure timely reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual earnings processes and interact with external auditors.
• Oversee design and maintenance of ICFR in line with SOX requirements.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on SEC reporting and controls.
