KBR is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee SEC reporting and accounting policy. You will ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, lead external reporting, and guide complex transactions within a robust control environment.

You will collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Internal Audit, and external auditors while mentoring teams to drive process improvements and strengthen SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting.
• 3+ years of people management or leadership experience.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation/review of SEC filings and earnings releases.
• Research and document accounting conclusions for complex transactions.
• Maintain accounting policy framework and monitor standards.
• Support external auditors and quarterly/annual audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on reporting and controls.
• Drive process improvements in SEC reporting and controls.
• Mentor accounting professionals and foster accountability.
