Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to drive SAP DMC initiatives across manufacturing, with responsibilities spanning requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture. You will translate business needs into technical specs and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements, collaborating with technical teams to craft effective system architecture.

You will lead complex engagements, manage risks, and mentor diverse teams while identifying new EY DMC opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years of relevant SAP/PP/DMC experience.
Proven SAP project or work stream management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily focusing on DMC initiatives.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with DMC focus.
Demonstrate deep DMC capabilities and stay updated on industry trends.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
Build relationships with client personnel at all levels.
Lead and coach diverse teams and foster innovation and inclusion.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in EY DMC space.
