Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, SALT - Credits & Incentives to advise clients on credit opportunities and compliance strategies. You will market services, network, and collaborate with Core Tax Principals to deliver expertise.

The role requires guiding engagements, supervising senior associates, and developing innovative credits & incentives strategies across multi-state clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or another relevant field, required
• Masters in Accounting/Taxation or J.D. preferred
• Eight or more years in SALT credits & incentives experience
• CPA certification or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Research complex credits & incentives scenarios and outline issues
• Conduct detailed reviews of tax returns to identify credits
• Draft memorandums and conduct client operations reviews
• Manage engagements and supervise tax professionals
• Develop and implement credits & incentives strategies
