CHANEL is looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect, to join our TECH CRM team in New York City. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing the SF Marketing platform and supporting the broader Marketing Technology ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include setting technical standards, ensuring release quality, and guiding integration and data design decisions. You will also focus on reducing repeat incidents, which will help Campaign Operations streamline campaign builds and enable Managed Services to integrate audiences and data more securely. The Marketing Cloud Technical Architect should have a comprehensive understanding of Client Data and Martech landscape & experience leading the development of advanced client analytics capabilities. It’s also important to recognize how Martech strategies influence business outcomes. This role interfaces with partners from several internal teams (including, but not limited to Fashion, F&B, WFJ, Client Analytics, Legal DCX, and various Tech Functions) and is a key partner to develop technically sound solutions to drive the business in a complex luxury retail environment. Reporting to the Senior Group Director of CRM Technology and Client Analytics, this person will be responsible for the success of technical architecture, integration, and best practices related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years in Salesforce Marketing Technology and a passion for leading product evolution.
Based in New York City with hybrid work model – 3 days on‑site minimumin Midtown Manhattan- New York City (NYC preferred, will consider candidates for office in Piscataway, NJ)
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
Salesforce Certifications- Marketing Cloud Administrator is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A master’s degree is a plus.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500-$190,000. A base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
