Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• Expertise with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Strong Agile/SAFe experience at program scale.
• Ability to advise on AI strategy and adoption.
• Senior delivery/advisory level for Life Sciences clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large Salesforce Life Sciences programs across design, data, and integration.
• Lead architecture governance and design reviews, setting platform direction.
• Mentor and develop managers, solution architects, and senior leads.
• Partner with alliance teams, Salesforce product teams, and vendors to shape the approach.
• Contribute to RFP responses and client presentations; manage program risks.
