Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce delivery experience in architecture or senior leadership.
• Experience delivering large Life Sciences Salesforce programs.
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud in commercial, medical and patient-facing use cases.
• Experience delivering at program scale using SAFe or multi-team Scrum.
• Experience applying AI/ML within Life Sciences commercial solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
• Serve as senior liaison translating strategy into architecture direction and providing leadership.
• Lead architecture governance including design reviews and platform direction decisions.
• Act as primary escalation point to resolve cross-workstream design conflicts.
• Mentor Manager-level Solution Architects and senior leads; develop next-generation talent.
• Partner with alliance teams, Salesforce product teams, and vendors to shape the solution.
• Lead architecture contributions during pursuits, including RFP sections and demos.
• Drive reusable assets, architecture blueprints, and industry-specific content.
• Manage program-level solution risk and mitigation strategies.
