Job summary

Accenture’s Salesforce Life Sciences practice seeks a Senior Manager to own the end-to-end solution architecture for large, multi-workstream programs. You will guide executive stakeholders, mentor architects, and shape platform direction across business and technical teams.

You will partner with alliance teams and vendors, drive governance, and contribute to RFP responses while advancing Life Sciences commercial, medical, and patient-facing use cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience with solution architecture or senior leadership roles.
• Experience architecting large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs or regulated industries.
• Experience with Agile/scaled Agile at program level (SAFe, multi-team Scrum).
• Proficiency in AI/ML capabilities within Life Sciences CRM environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large multi-workstream Life Sciences programs.
• Translate strategic intent into architecture direction and lead design collaboration.
• Lead architecture governance, set standards, and make binding platform decisions.
• Escalate and resolve cross-workstream design conflicts; align stakeholders.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on architecture impact and business value.
• Mentor and develop Manager-level Solution Architects and senior leads.
• Collaborate with alliances, Salesforce product teams, and vendors.
• Contribute to pursuit activities, including architecture in RFP responses.
