Job summary
Accenture’s Salesforce Life Sciences practice seeks a Senior Manager-level Functional Architect who can own the solution vision for large, multi-workstream programs and guide architects and leads.
You will translate strategic intent into architecture direction, lead governance, mentor teams, and collaborate with client executives to drive business outcomes across commercial, medical, and patient-facing use cases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience in solution architecture or senior leadership roles.
- Experience architecting large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs in regulated industries.
- Experience with agile frameworks at program scale (SAFe, multi-team Scrum).
- Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities within Life Sciences solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs across multi-workstreams.
- Lead architecture governance and design reviews, set standards, and guide platform direction.
- Mentor Managers and senior leads; develop next-gen SA talent within the practice.
- Partner with alliance teams, Salesforce product teams, and vendors to shape the solution.
- Manage program-level risks and align stakeholders on a path forward.
