Job summary

Abbott in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Excellence to partner with sales and operations to boost efficiency, capture market feedback, and support ongoing sales training.

You will lead training programs, optimize processes, and drive strategic action plans for the sales organization, reporting to the Commercial Director. This role requires travel and strong leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant coursework.
• Five to seven years related Sales experience.
• Travel by car or airplane for long periods - Occasionally.
• Overnight travel required – Occasionally.
• Sitting at desk for long periods working on computer using keyboard and phone.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RPM sales training programs.
• Leadership training, coaching, and development.
• Provide assessment and development recommendations for new staff.
• Responsible for ongoing quality analysis of sales performance and trainings.
• Supports corporate training initiatives.
• Manage the Abbott Vendor credentialing program for Abbott ACH.
