Job summary

You will lead enterprise excellence, promote data-driven decisions, and manage change across cross-functional teams, while supporting strategic initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 4 years of relevant experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Excellence Program by applying operational excellence frameworks and Abbott best practices.
• Promote accountability and data-driven decision making across teams.
• Drive change management initiatives and challenge existing processes to improve performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, project managers, and business support teams.
• Develop and enhance business and operational excellence strategies for the CDx OT&E Division.
• Support cross-functional teams across the U.S., Germany, and Ireland and facilities & EHS.
• Identify and drive cross-functional continuous improvement opportunities.
• Build and align cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Lead change management and communications, including SharePoint administration.
• Work with senior leadership on initiatives and priorities.
• Develop training materials on business excellence methodologies.
• Conduct maturity assessments and anticipate future challenges with proactive plans.
