Job description

About DashFi
DashFi is a rapidly growing, profitable FinTech startup disrupting the $800 billion advertising economy. Through unmatched cashback credit solutions, novel Ad Pay Protection, and AI-powered financial tools, we empower businesses to unlock new levels of efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Since launching in 2020, we’ve helped a wide range of direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, venture-backed startups, and high-growth SaaS companies. As we scale, we're looking for exceptional talent to join us on our mission to empower businesses to scale smarter and grow without limits.
Role Overview
DashFi is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to lead training and development across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who has built enablement programs from scratch, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and knows how to translate seller experience into scalable strategy.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how our team sells—from onboarding to ongoing training to helping reps evolve into more senior roles. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure our GTM org is not just enabled—but equipped to win. This includes rolling out high-impact training initiatives, driving best practices across our tools and workflows, and enabling the team to maximize ROI from GTM events and field activities.
We’re looking for someone who loves coaching, lives for clarity, and gets a thrill from building programs that actually move the needle. If you’re energized by building, executing, and optimizing enablement from the ground up—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
  • Coach and train the GTM team to improve performance and execution across the sales funnel
  • Design and lead enablement programs that support career transitions, with a strong focus on managing our BDR-to-AE transition pathway
  • Lead onboarding for new sales hires with structured ramp plans and ongoing development
  • Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps to deliver actionable insights and process improvements
  • Deliver best practices training on tools like HubSpot and other sales technologies (you won’t own the tools, but you’ll teach them)
  • Drive and support GTM event strategy—from internal coordination to pre/post-event planning and enablement that maximizes ROI
Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience — you’ve owned a number, closed deals, and understand what great sales execution looks like.
  • 1+ years in sales enablement or training, with a proven track record of building programs from the ground up, not just delivering off-the-shelf content.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing Account Executives, with the ability to elevate performance in high-growth or scaling environments.
  • Deep understanding of onboarding design, sales process optimization, and enablement strategy.
  • Experience driving tool adoption and workflow optimization across platforms like HubSpot and other core sales technologies.
  • Strong communicator and project manager with the ability to prioritize, execute, and iterate independently.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
Preferred Experience:
  • Background in FinTech, payments, or SaaS, especially in sales-led or product-led growth environments.
  • Experience working in startup or “0 to 1” environments, where building from scratch is the norm.
  • Familiarity with planning and supporting GTM events and field-facing initiatives, with a focus on driving measurable ROI and sales impact.
Compensation
DashFi offers a competitive Total Rewards package designed to support employees professionally and personally. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to range from $120,000 to $160,000, plus equity. Actual compensation may vary from the listed range depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
Why Join Dash.fi?
  • High-Growth & Profitability: Be part of a fast-growing, profitable fintech startup disrupting the $800B advertising economy.
  • Total Rewards: Competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, equity options, unlimited PTO, and fully paid medical coverage.
  • Impact-Driven Work: Own high-visibility projects that directly shape Dash.fi’s growth and success.
  • Authentic, Collaborative Culture: Work with smart, passionate people in a startup environment that values innovation, teamwork, and authenticity.
  • Remote-First: Thrive in a flexible, fully remote environment with a collaborative, global team.
Want to go the extra mile? We'd love to hear from you directly! Feel free to send a 1–2 minute Loom video to Dylan Roberts, our Head of Talent, sharing why you're a great fit for this role and what excites you about DashFi.
