Job Title: Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the company's financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes. This role is responsible for providing senior leadership with financial insights that drive business decisions, optimize performance, and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and key drivers, and providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and drive efficiency.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and board members.
  • Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment for business initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor FP&A team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of team development.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
  • Proficiency in financial and business systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven industry.
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and other data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
