Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Senior Manager of Hardware Connectivity to lead the engineering team that designs Apollo's data pathways. You will ensure robust internal networks, signal integrity, and wireless links across high‑power mechatronics.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with Mechanical and Software teams, and drive hardware from prototype to mass production in a fast‑paced humanoid robotics environment.

Qualifications

• Deep technical background in RF, EMI/EMC, and high/low-speed digital signaling.
• Experience leading hardware teams in complex, moving systems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional hardware projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of electrical, RF, and interconnect engineers.
• Oversee internal network architecture and routing for robot-wide buses.
• Direct antenna design strategies for wireless links (Wi‑Fi, BT, Cellular).
• Own wire harnessing, shield design, and flex-PCB routing for joints.
• Define grounding, shielding, and spectrum plans to manage EMI/RF noise.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Software teams for seamless integration.
