Job summary

This role requires a Top Secret security clearance and a broad background in airborne, space, digital, RF, or power mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities include directing engineering teams, shaping department policies, and coordinating with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with EEE components, PCB, and wiring board requirements.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years in Electronic Packaging Design (Airborne/Space/Digital/RF/Power).

Responsibilities

• Manages RF product design engineering teams and activities.
• Develops and executes departmental plans, policies and procedures.
• Acquires resources, manages suppliers, and drives process improvements.
• Develops relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and reports.
• Develops direct report leaders.
