Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in revenue accounting and significant revenue contracts.
• Active CPA license (preferred).
• Effective cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end revenue recognition process for complex arrangements, coordinating with operations, finance, IT and third-party providers.
• Design and refine processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in revenue recognition for complex arrangements.
• Stay abreast of operations to identify and evaluate new revenue transactions and communicate impacts.
• Research, analyze and document significant technical accounting matters.
• Manage elements of quarterly and annual financial statements, including policies, pronouncements and disclosures.
• Advise executives on technical accounting questions and issues.
• Establish and revise accounting policies as needed.
• Evaluate new accounting standards and implementation plans affecting financial statements and controls.
• Perform annual impairment analyses for goodwill and intangibles.
• Collaborate with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Support additional projects as needed.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, adhering to appearance/presentation guidelines on-site.
