As Senior Manager, RGM, you will lead with us as you utilize your analytical expertise and knowledge to solve business questions related to RGM (Revenue Growth Management) which includes, but is not limited to, Price, Promotion and Trade Analytics. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Revenue Growth Management – In this role you’ll focus on Customer and pricing maintenance and assist with RGM analyses/initiatives such as Price Pack Architecture, Promotional ROI and more. Optimizing retailer level pricing you will enable profitable growth for Kellogg and its Customer(s). Balancing pricing and trade investment to optimize sales and return on investment will be key to your success.
  • Account Support – You will act as crucial link between the Field Sales organization and Business Units on price and promotion analytics. This position manages the quality and delivery of price and promotion models/tools built by Nielsen for accounts. Prioritizing business issues and effectively manage resources you will work to meet Kellogg business needs.
  • Internal Collaboration - Partnering with Customer Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Business Planning and the Kellogg USA Revenue Management team will be an important aspect of this position. Together you will work to enable trade efficiency, pre/post event analysis, and business understanding.
  • Business Analytics – Your analytical mindset will serve you well as you provide data, analysis and insights to the sales team. This will involve examining the impact of customer trends and overall macro-economic trends on price and promotions. Leveraging Nielsen price and promotion tools you will answer business questions and promote efficient pricing and promotion strategies.
  • Communication - Communicating effectively across multiple internal / external customers and building commitments through influence and persuasion will be critical. Translating results into clear, concise presentations and written reports you will enable internal and external customers to quickly make decisions.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business related field and/or significant related work experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Proficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other financial planning systems is required
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex methodologies and outcomes in ways business partners can apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of management and employees.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills including experience presenting to senior management.
  • Hungry to make a difference and provide continuous improvement throughout their areas of focus
