Job summary

Brobston Group LLC on the US West Coast region seeks a Senior Manager Retail Training to lead development and delivery of training initiatives for store teams across Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories. You will partner with Store Directors to enhance client experience and selling techniques, and coordinate onboarding, eLearning, and localized content.

You will travel frequently (domestic and international) to support stores, analyze training needs, and drive program effectiveness in a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of sales and/or training experience in luxury environments.
• Extensive watch knowledge; high-end complications; FHH or similar certification a plus.
• Experience with eLearning platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage budget contributions and process expenses; collaborate across interdepartmental teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50–70%.
