The Coca-Cola Company in the United States is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead relationships with major customers across the Coca-Cola system. You will develop and execute annual business plans, coordinate with bottlers and field teams, and drive growth through strategic programs.
The role requires 3+ years in key account management, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the integrated account team to manage key aspects of the business relationship with multiple customers.
Serve as a system-wide expert on the strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s).
Ensure flawless execution of programs across the Coca-Cola system.
Develop annual business plans with input from customers, bottlers, and the Coca-Cola system, outlining key strategies and initiatives to drive growth.
Ensure business plans and marketing activities are designed to deliver volume, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
Foster strong, win-win relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication with key stakeholders.
Coordinate with bottler systems and customer field networks to ensure consistent application of strategies and seamless execution of programs.
Align system resources to implement marketing and operational programs on time and within budget.
Act as a system-wide customer expert, ensuring the Coca-Cola system understands customer objectives, strategies, and needs, and that company programs align with these priorities.
Resolve operational or exceptional issues with customers or bottlers, ensuring effective problem-solving.
Manage forecasting and budgeting to meet financial targets.
Drive innovation by generating new ideas and solutions that sustain and grow the business.
Iconic & Innovative Brands: Represent a portfolio of over 250 products, including some of the most beloved brands in the world, such as Coca-Cola, Simply, Fairlife, and Topo Chico.
Expansive & Diverse Customers: Work with a wide range of customers, including retail and grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theaters, restaurants, and more.
