Job description

Job Description Summary: Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager - Digital to drive the day-to-day delivery of a digital product within our Digital Product & Engineering organization. Reporting to a Product Manager and working within an agile squad, you will own the product backlog for your product, translate product strategy into sprint-ready work, and partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality features. You will make the day-to-day prioritization decisions that keep delivery moving while ensuring every sprint advances the product vision and roadmap established by the Product Manager. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product professional who pairs sharp prioritization with the technical fluency needed to work shoulder to shoulder with engineers and data scientists. You translate product strategy and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work.

What You’ll Do for Us
  • Translate strategy into execution: leverage strong business acumen to turn the product vision and roadmap into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that the team can build against with confidence
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog: maintain, refine, and continuously prioritize the backlog for your product area so the team always works on the highest-value items, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
  • Be the voice of the user on the team: work closely with the business to develop a deep understanding of how various personas use the product, and represent those needs in every prioritization and design decision
  • Drive agile delivery: lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews; clarify requirements in real time; and make timely decisions on scope and trade-offs to keep delivery on track
  • Make the call on functionality: serve as the decision-maker on what the team builds next within your area, escalating cross-team dependencies and risks early and resolving them with stakeholders
  • Partner across the product team: work day-to-day with engineering, data science, UX/UI design, and the business to deliver an intuitive, high-impact experience and drive a continuous improvement cycle via user feedback, data, and experimentation
  • Support adoption and scaling: contribute to enablement, communication, and change efforts so features are adopted, trusted, and embedded into Coca-Cola’s decision-making routines as the product scales across markets
  • Measure and iterate: define and track the right success metrics for your area, and use quantitative analysis and experimentation to inform what to build, refine, or retire
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or equivalent in Agile software or data product teams
  • Proven experience leading complex digital products or platforms within large, matrixed, global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of modern product operating models, agile delivery methodologies, and customer-centric design principles.
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities to improve business performance and product effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product backlog, with a track record of writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria and shipping features that delivered measurable value
  • Strong command of agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization frameworks
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science, including comfort discussing data, models, APIs, and trade-offs
  • Experience with data-driven or AI/ML-powered products, ideally analytics, decision-intelligence, or optimization tools used by business stakeholders
  • Strong prioritization and analytical judgment, able to use data to weigh business value and sequence work
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align a cross-functional team and keep partners informed and bought in
  • Experience operating in fast-moving environments and balancing technical complexity with business usability so outputs are actionable and explainable
  • Preferably have a Product Owner or agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM)
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML model deployment, experimentation, or algorithmic optimization
